To enlarge the TianJin influence in Hong Kong and show the great Achievement of TianJin, the Governments of Two Cities discussed and decided to host "2001 TianJin Week in Hong Kong" , which authorized by TianJin Government, from 2001 3.28 to 4.3 in Hong Kong. This activity has been supported by Mr. Tung Chee Hwa, Administration of HKSAR and other Hong Kong Friends

The "2001 TianJin Week in Hong Kong" is held by TianJin Government and jointly held by Hong Kong Trade Development Council, Hong Kong China General Commercial Association, Hong Kong General Association, Hong Kong China Enterprises Association, Hong Kong Industry Union、HuaRun (Group)Ltd.co, Hong Kong Chinese Enterprise Association, Native Family of HeBei and ShanDong and Hong Kong_TianJin Oversea Friendship Association.

The Activities is hosted by TianJin Unification (Group) Ltd.co, TianJin Development Corporation, China Advertisement and Exhibition Ltd.co, Hong Kong Joint-Art Ltd.Co and Hong Kong Chinese Medicine Hospital. In the "TianJin Week", The achievements of TianJin in "Ninth Five-year Plan" is the main part of the presentation.
