On the evening of 3 April, the closing ceremony of "Tianjin Week" with acrobatics performance was held in Hong Kong Great Theatre in Culture Center. The performance of Tianjin Acrobatics Troupe surprised the Hong Kong audience. The whole theatre was full of the sounds of clapping, wondering and cheering during the all programs. A native people was surprised and said:" Tianjin originally has many so good acrobatics shows, and I have to know a new Tianjin"

The theme of the acrobatics performance is "Heaven-Earth-Human". "Heaven" is the beginning. In the program of "Air Man and Flying Bar", men were flying in the air and women were dancing on the ground... In Chinese legend, the Man is Mountain and the woman is water. Life can be lasted forever when integrating man's robustness and woman's tenderness. One people, two people and three people circularly and crossly flying in dangerous situation. At last, a high difficult level of Six-people circulation made the first climax of the performance. The fantastic "Single Hand Upside Standing" likes a pillar to thorn into the sky. The human's power and beauty were virtually showed before people. The slow changing of 28 different upside standings let people feel the life's shocking power.

"Earth" is the middle part of the performance. Under the bright sky, lives are growing on the tender earth. The people living on the earth happily waved the meteors, agilely played diabolos, smartly threw their straw hats... The program is filled with joyful festival feelings and also had the pronounced traditional features and place customs. The audience gave bursts of understanding laughs.

The part "Human" was the end of the performance with the theme of reflecting the development and progress of human beings. From drilling wood to light a fire to roaming in the space; from making pottery with clay to playing colourful porcelain, the human beings are tempering themselves, showing themselves off and heightening themselves. The performance thus approached to the climax. Using the heavey colourful jars and crocks, the performers of the programme "Carrying Jugs on Head" showed the highly difficult actions of "rolling over the bridge", "two persons' receiving the jars with head", "two persons' exchanging the jars with head", "catching the big jar with neck after rolling it 360°", etc. in tacit coordination. The audiences worried about the performers and were influenced by the warm atmosphere as well. "Women's Springboard" was a traditional men's programme performed by women this time instead. Through their performance, the programme fused not only strength and flexibility, but also the beautifulness of women's softness. The actions "sitting in the chair after turning somersault", "double-blooming", "turning three-round somersault", "sitting on the shoulders after a double-turning somersault", "standing on five stages", etc. are extremely difficult. But the excellent acting of the performers are really surprising and exciting.

Tianjin Acrobatic Troup was set up in 1957 and is one of the famous acrobatic troups in China. At present it has over 30 repertoires which not only are of perfect skill but also combines modern atmosphere and clear nationality's characters together.
