"2001 Tianjin Week in Hong Kong" will open on March 28 in Hong Kong and it is a responding communication for "Hong Kong Week in Tianjin" last year. "2001 Tianjin Week in Hong Kong" is the largest-scale presentation activities held by Tianjin in Hong Kong. During one week time, there will have economic consultative conferences, commodity demonstration, transportation research meeting, tourism Cooperation, Chinese medicine, culture, IT cooperation, sports and other fields.

In the send-off party, Zhang Lichang said that the scale and power of the delegation had not been found in previous history of Tianjin.
