| A hundred years have
passed since those early days. Many generations of hardworking Mahua
makers have gone by. As a result of this hard work, from a small shop
in an alley, Guifaxiang has now developed into Guifaxiang Mahua Food
Group company. Today's Guifaxiang has not only continued in producing
its products using traditional methods, and producing all the original
kinds of Mahuas, it has also started producing, sesame, hawthorn,
as well as many other flavors of small Mahuas. Furthermore, we now
also produce: Mahua Qiu, Mahua Tiao, as well as other new kinds of
products. We also produce Ailun alcoholic beverage, Elen Western desserts,
Elen Chinese cakes, The Elen Cake, bread, dry red wine, seafood miniballs,
we also have products for special traditional Chinese festivities;
sweet dumplings, moon cakes, as well as other such products well appreciated
by everyone.
As we developed new products, the Guifaxiang Group has always maintained
its emphasis on quality. Our factories are now all operated by automatic
computerized machines. Our vegetable oil goes through an automatic
changing cycle. This has permitted us to reduce the amount of oil
usually found in Mahuas by 30%. And, our products can be freshly
preserved for up to one hundred days. A proof of the quality we
provide was re-confirmed by the fact that we were granted the ISO
number: ISO9002.
Today, Guifaxiang 18th Street, still producing from Tianjin, has
branches in Beijing and Shanghai among other cities. Our products
are also being sold through a large network of outlets throughout
several provinces and cites. Moreover, these Chinese specialties
are now also exported to the USA and in Australia. The Tianjin Guifaxiang
Group is presently expanding into the overseas market. We truly
want to develop into Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, as well as into
other countries' agencies. We would truly want to give the chance
to foreigners and Chinese living abroad the opportunity to taste
these products very characteristic to the city of Tianjin, these
products that they have often heard about.
